Your phone number is private by default. No one sees it unless you choose to make it public.
When publishing a listing in Sell, you will find a "Hide number" option:
- If the option stays off, your number appears and a green "Call" button lets interested people reach you directly.
- If you turn on hiding, your number is not shown: people contact you only through chat.
You can change your mind at any time by editing your listing. If you prefer to stay reachable without sharing your number, leave it hidden and use chat, which is safe and free.
Never share overly personal information with a stranger until you feel confident.
