Notifications tell you about a new message, a like or a comment. If they stop arriving, check your phone settings first.
- Allow notifications for AllEasyWay in your phone's settings (Notifications section).
- Turn off Do Not Disturb and battery-saver modes, which often block background alerts.
- Check your in-app preferences: open your profile then notification settings.
- Update the app and sign in again to refresh your device registration.
On Android, some manufacturers aggressively "sleep" apps. Add AllEasyWay to the list of apps allowed to run in the background so you get messages in real time.
Even without a notification, your messages are always waiting in the Messages tab: nothing is lost.
