Slowness usually comes from phone memory or a weak connection. Here is how to get things smooth again.
- Close other apps running in the background to free up memory.
- Switch to a stronger connection. Reels and high-quality photos need decent bandwidth.
- Restart your phone if the problem lasts more than a few minutes.
- Free up space: when storage is nearly full, the app can slow down or fail to save your data.
On more modest phones, the app automatically limits how many videos play at once to stay stable. That's normal, not a bug.
