Account deletion is available directly in the app, without having to contact us. Here is how:
- Open your profile.
- Go to account settings.
- Choose Delete my account and confirm.
Deletion is permanent: your profile, listings, Reels, community posts and favourites are removed. Remember to finish any ongoing sales or exchanges before you leave.
If you signed in with Google or Apple, deleting your AllEasyWay account does not delete your Google or Apple account: it only removes your presence on our app.
