Chat lets you contact a seller or a buyer directly. If a message gets stuck, here's what to check.
- Your connection: with no network, the message stays pending and sends automatically once you're back online.
- Send again: tap the pending message to retry.
- The photo is too large: if you're sharing images, send them one at a time on a good connection.
If the other person doesn't reply, it's not necessarily a bug: they may have sold the item or be unavailable. When the seller has made their number public, you can also use the green Call button on the listing.
