Because the purchase is made via the App Store or Google Play, refund requests are handled directly with the store, under its terms:
- Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in and select the purchase to request a refund.
- Google Play: open play.google.com/store/account, find the purchase and follow the refund steps.
The final decision rests with Apple or Google. As a rule, a feature that is already active (the boost has started) is not refundable, since the service has been delivered.
