A few checks solve most sign-in problems:
- Make sure you're using the same Google or Apple account you signed up with.
- Check your internet connection and try again.
- Update the app from the App Store or Google Play: a very old version can block sign-in.
- Restart your phone if the sign-in screen freezes.
