We are not a party to the payment: there is no secure transaction, no built-in payment, no delivery and no buyer protection in the app. Payment and handover happen directly between you, off the platform. It's simple, but it means your own caution is your best protection.
- Favour in-person handovers and pay at the moment of the exchange, once you've seen the item.
- Never pay in advance to a seller you don't know, and never leave a deposit to "reserve" an item.
- Stay on AllEasyWay messaging until you know the other person (Messages).
- Be wary of prices that are too good and of buyers or sellers who are in a hurry.
- Never share your bank codes, passwords or one-time codes received by SMS.
