When you delete your account, we erase your personal data from our active systems. In practice:
- Your profile, listings, Reels and posts are no longer visible and are deleted.
- Your favourites and follows disappear.
- Your username may be released for other members after a delay.
A few items may be kept temporarily, only where the law requires it: records tied to a promotion purchase (accounting obligations), or information needed to handle a report or safety dispute. This data is then permanently erased.
Finally, messages you have sent may remain in the inbox of the person you spoke with: we cannot remove them from their device, exactly like a message already sent.
