A link that takes you out of the app to "pay", "track a parcel" or "validate the transaction" is almost always a phishing attempt. The page imitates a well-known site (a bank, a courier, a payment service, even AllEasyWay) to steal your login details or bank information.
- Do not open links sent in the conversation by a stranger.
- Never enter your card number, codes or credentials on a page reached through a link received by message.
- Always check the address: fraudsters use domain names that look almost identical but are slightly altered.
AllEasyWay will never send you a payment link in chat. Our only purchases are the Spotlight and Premium promotions, paid directly through Apple's App Store or Google Play — never through a link received in a message. If you get such a link, report the sender and delete the message.
