When you're selling, the classic scam flips the roles: the fraudster poses as an eager, hurried buyer.
The most common scenarios:
- The "buyer" accepts your price without haggling and wants to pay immediately from a distance.
- They offer to involve a delivery service or a "courier" and ask for your bank details to "receive" the money.
- You get a fake email or SMS imitating a bank or a payment service, asking you to click to release the funds or to pay "fees".
- They send an "overpayment" and ask you to refund the difference.
The rule is simple: to receive money, you never need your card codes or a payment from you. AllEasyWay offers no delivery or shipping service between members. Favour in-person handovers with payment at the moment of the exchange, and report any buyer who insists on a "secure delivery".
