A crash is almost always temporary. Try these steps in order, they fix the vast majority of cases.
- Fully close the app, then reopen it. On iPhone, swipe up to close the window; on Android, open recent apps and swipe it away.
- Restart your phone. This frees up memory, which is often the cause on older devices.
- Check your connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) and try again.
- Install the latest update from the App Store or Google Play: a newer version fixes many crashes.
If the screen stays black or white on launch, wait around ten seconds: the app is sometimes loading your listings in the background.
