Every ad shows a status telling you where it stands.
- Pending: your ad has just been submitted and is going through a quick check. It isn't visible to others yet, but you can see it in your profile.
- Published: all good, your ad is live and visible everywhere.
- Refused: the ad couldn't be approved. The most common reasons are a prohibited item, misleading or blurry photos, a wrong category, a duplicate, or contact details placed where they shouldn't be.
Most compliant ads are approved very quickly, often automatically. You get a notification at each status change.
If your ad is refused, fix the flagged issue and repost: it will go through the review again and be visible once approved. Our rules are detailed in the terms and the community charter. When in doubt, write to us at contact@alleasyway.com.
