If a reel fails to upload or spins endlessly, try these in order:
- Check your connection: switch to Wi-Fi if you can, as uploading a video needs far more data than a photo.
- Make sure the video is 60 seconds or less; shorten it otherwise.
- Fully close the app, reopen it and start the upload again.
- Check that you still have storage space on your phone.
- Update the app from the App Store or Google Play.
If a video looks like it uploaded twice, only one version is kept: interrupted or cancelled uploads are cleaned up automatically, and no charge is ever tied to posting a reel.
