If a neighbour often posts useful things, you can follow them so you never miss out.
Open their profile from one of their posts or comments, then tap Follow. You can also turn on the bell on a profile to get a notification for every new post.
Following someone helps you stay connected to the trusted people in your neighbourhood: a local association, a shopkeeper, an active helper.
You can unfollow at any time from the same profile. No message is sent to the person when you unfollow.
